Been Awhile

Not much to say really...things have been going well I guess...Will finally be working again...

Cardiac had a lot of great shows since the last post...Got some cool things coming up too...and we'll begin recording the third album soon...fall/winter it looks like...

Severed is kind of in limbo right now...More on that later...

I guess I'll write more when I am motivated...
